Our Mission is to Help EVERY parent feel passionate and equipped to raise their children in the Christian faith.
Family Ministry Small Groups
Our kids aren’t the only ones who need a chance to play and grow closer to God. Join a small group and grow with friends who “get it”.
Sunday Morning Parents Class - We meet from 10:15 - 11:00am in Memorial Hall room #22. We laugh together, pray together, share stories and learn about how to raise kids who love God and bless the world. Drop in anytime!
Friday Night Small Group (FRI-YAY) - This group of parents and singles raising or preparing for life with children, meet in Memorial Hall on the first and third Friday evening of the month. We share a potluck meal, study scripture and pray for each other. Get to know your community of families while growing together in your Christian Faith. Childcare is provided.
Band of Brothers - This group is for men to grow in their roles as husbands, fathers and leaders as they apply the Christian faith to their lives. We share victories, pray for one another, learn a little and set goals. We meet once a month in three locations locally on different days and times.
Moms in Prayer - This group of mothers gather weekly on Wednesday 9:30am – 10:45am at the Hudson's home to pray for our students. Prayer is powerful! Join this group of prayer warriors anytime to pray for our households of children as they navigate today’s culture as Christians and pray for those children in our community that need Christ in their lives.

Family Night
This event is scheduled each Spring and is not one to be missed! We gather families together for a night of food, worship and FUN together. With a different theme each year we will always keep you guessing.
Memorial Day Picnic
This is a church wide event that is always appealing to families. We gather at the Beach for food, worship and Florida style fun and games. Held on the Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend.
Family Retreat
The BIG event not to miss! On Labor Day Weekend, we schedule a family roadtrip to a nearby destination where we get together, get away and get in touch with one another while learning and reflecting on our family faith journey. The retreat is 24 hours away together with worship, learning and free time for fellowship. Put it on your calendar and watch for details about this year’s big adventure.
How do I get involved in Family Ministry?
Interested in serving but struggle to find the time and flexibility to be a part of it all as you juggle family life? Serving in family ministries is perfect for you! Opportunities include: Event set-up, Event clean-up, EMCEE, Volunteer recruitment, Behind the scene planning, tech support, music, photographer, guest speaker, small event host….and many more.
OR
Maybe your family is grown with their own families. We need you too! We need our Prime-time generation invested in our families’ lives! Serve as a volunteer at some of the family events and get to know the next generation of Christ’s disciples. It takes a village!
